I hid Inuyasha's eyes because if you can't see his eyes you practically don't know what he's thinking or feeling, you can't relate to his emotions I wanted to keep that mystery =) that way you only recieve Kikyo's expresion directly, and I think it's sadder because you don't know if she's getting all that emotion back from Inuyasha...
